Our counselling services

Through individual preparation in the course of a personal consultation, application checks and mock interviews, we ensure that you have individual and appealing application documents and are ideally prepared for future application situations. Take advantage of our offer for your success!

Individual counselling

The aim is to equip you with the skills you need to master future job applications. Where are your strengths – where are your weaknesses? What is your goal? Where do you want your career to take you? We want to work with you to sharpen your personal profile and develop possible career prospects that will help you make personal decisions about your career choice.

Application checks

Your application is your calling card and your ticket to an interview. For this reason, you should pay particular attention to the structure and consistency of these documents, as well as their layout and completeness. We would be happy to review your application with you and offer tips on how to improve it.

Mock interviews

Are you worried about your first job interview? There's no need to be! In simulated interviews (‘mock interviews’), we will help you practise questions and possible answers for a ‘real’ interview. Afterwards, you will receive feedback on your performance.

Open consultation hours

If you only have a brief question about job applications or careers, you can visit our open consultation hours. Information about dates and how it works can be found in our e-Learning course and in our career portal.

Appointment booking for individual counselling, application checks and mock interviews

Individual appointments are only possible after attending the following events:

• Individual consultations can be booked after attending the career planning event from the CareerLaunch series.
  
• Application checks are generally possible via the CV & cover letter check in our e-learning course. Personal appointments are only possible after attending the events on application documents from the CareerLaunch series.
  
• Mock interviews can be conducted after attending the event on job interviews from the CareerLaunch series.
